I'm loving Neko, who I've been listening to quite a lot in anticipation of her new album... which is apparently a week away from my mailbox, dammit.

a so/so day followed by a perfect night of tacos/American Idol/America's Next Top Model/Project Runway (Okay, I have loved Chloe from the start, expected Daniel to win... but SERIOUSLY? Santino's collection was the fucking coolest!!) now i'm up (too late, with my ipod playing some Neko and hoping that tomorrow's shift will speed by so i can come home, watch some movies and be quiet & peaceful for the weekend.

finished MAPPING THE EDGE yesterday- I fully recommend it to everyone... a really fantastic book. Started another Sarah Dunant novel today, TRANSGRESSIONS, which is where the quotes in my earlier post came from. I know that seemed random, but I was doing it quickly so that I could have Tacos! (Oh such tacos shall i give!) The quotes both really spoke to me. Obviously the quote about not being very social and preferring the written word is close to home. So that's what that was all about (matty!). But seriously kids- MAPPING THE EDGE. check it out.
